Valley View Kindergarten teacher Elicha Gastelumendi is going to prepare and deliver 2 Peruvian dishes for a party of 2.  

"Papa a la Huancayina" from the Peruvian Andes ~ potatoes with a cream made with white cheese, olive oil, toasted walnut, yellow hot pepper, and roasted white onions. The other dish is "Seco de Pollo" from the coastal areas of Peru. It is chicken in a cilantro, hot red bell pepper, yellow pepper, garlic, onion, corn and sweet pea sauce in olive oil and beer. All simmered in white rice.
