The rules may evolve as we get going and see ways to improve the process. However this is how they will start. I will be listing auction items as they come in, and the auctions will end on Fridays. I will give the best description I can of each item. I will also list the estimated value, starting bid, and date/time the auction will end. Bidders will place their bid in the "comments" section located at the bottom of each post. If you are posting without a google account, please leave your
name & e-mail address with your bid. Bids should increase by minimum of $5 increments. The winning bidder at the time the auction closes will then donate the winning bid amount to PPIE or PPSE, then send me the confirmation e-mail as proof of their donation. Then the auction item will be delivered to the winner.
